About the event
This event will be a city candy walk from Combie to Meadow Vista Road.  This event is not a PHEF event but one that we support as an outlet for our children to safely participate in Halloween fun.  Jack O Lanterns will be along the road and we encourage families to carve a pumpkin the night before and drop it off by 3pm at the Meadow Vista Barber Shop or Meadow Vista Ace Hardware. Covid guidelines are encouraged.Â
